• Spaghetti and Meatballs

     

    Ingredients

    1/2 lb

    1 clove

    1/2

    1

    1 tbsp

    1/8 cup

     

     1 tsp

     

    3/4 cup

     1

    ground beef

    garlic chopped

    large sweet onion chopped

     egg

    each fresh parsley, chives, sage

    Italian seasoned bread crumbs

    pepper to taste

    steak sauce (best with home made steak sauce)

     

    water

    beef bullion cube (best with home made Booleon)

    Preparation

     1. combine all but last 2 ingredients in a bowl (using hands to mix well)

     2. form into small balls

     3. combine water and booleon and put in bottom of pan

     4. add meat balls

     5. cook covered at 400 F for 20 – 30 minutes

     

    Serve on pasta with home made spaghetti sauce
