Ingredients

vinegar
Heinz Ketchup
water
pepper
Worcestershire sauce
prepared mustard
pork chops
Preparation
1. Mix onion, garlic, vinegar, ketchup, water and seasonings together.
2. Place chops in large casserole.
3. Pour sauce over top of chops.
4. Cover and bake at 350 F for one hour.
5. Uncover and continue baking for 4 – 5 minutes.
