beef ribs
large red or sweet white onion chopped
clove garlic
each ground ginger, dry mustard, onion powder
each allspice, cinnamon
pepper to taste
paprika
chilli powder
bbq sauce
water
ketchup
Worchester sauce
Dijon mustard
Preparation
1. trim fat from ribs
2. mix together ingredients for dry rub and rub over ribs (both sides) and put into slow cooker pot
3. sprinkle onion and garlic over ribs
4. mix together ingredients for sauce and pour sauce over and do not stir
5. cook on low for 6 – 7 hours
