    Ingredients

    1/4 lb

     

    1 1/2 cups

    1 1/2 cups

    2 cloves

    1/2

    1/4 bunch

    2 cups

    ground beef, chicken or pork (or no meat to make vegetable bullion)

    celery

    carrots

    garlic

    medium sized red onion

    broccoli chopped

    chopped fresh spinach

    pepper

    Preparation

    1. combine all ingredients in a saucepan

     2. cook over very low heat covered for 1 hour stirring occasionally

     3. puree in blender

     4. spoon into ice cube trays

     5. freeze

     

    Use in place of store bought bouillon cubes
