plain yogurt
all purpose flour
whole wheat flour
baking powder
baking soda
ground cinnamon
each ginger, cloves, nutmeg
chopped prunes
Preparation
1. preheat oven to 350
2. combine sugar, oil, egg in a bowl and beat until smooth
3. add banana, yogurt and vanilla
4. mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda and spices
5. stir flour mixture into banana mixture just until moistened
6. mix in prunes
7. spool into muffin papers
8. bake 25 minutes or until done
