dry black beans (3 ½ cups cooked)
chicken breasts ground (to make ground chicken)
cloves garlic chopped
small green peppers chopped
small button mushrooms sliced
tomato paste
tomatoes
tomato juice
sage leaves chopped
thyme sprigs
chives chopped
parsley sprigs
chilli powder
pepper to taste
each cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice

Preparation
1. put dry beans in a pot with 6 cups water, cover and bring to a boil
2. boil for 2 minutes, turn off heat and let sit covered for 1 hour
3. brown chicken, garlic, onion in a large pot
4. add spices to chicken and stir
5. drain beans and add to chicken mixture
6. add remaining ingredients
7. bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours (stirring occationally)
