    almond extract

    rolled oats

    whole almonds


    sunflower seeds


    dried blueberries

    dried cranberries


    1. Heat apple juice, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, almond extract in a sauce pan over medium heat until melted

     2. Remove pan from heat and add almonds, walnuts, oats and sunflower seads

     3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 15 mnutes stirring half way through.

     4. Add raisins, cranberries and blue berries and stir so they are evenly distributed.

     5. Return pan to oven for another 15 minutes stirring half way through.

     6. Let it cool on the pan and store in an air tight container in the fridge (keeps about 3 weeks in the fridge).

     Served with strawberry banana smoothie
